Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, this system utilizes premium 3-inch T304 stainless steel tubing, precision TIG welding, and high-quality V-band flanges to ensure long-lasting reliability and superior flow.
The system features a smooth 80mm to 76.2mm turbo-to-downpipe transition, allowing optimal exhaust flow while maintaining OEM sensor placement for easy installation. A 200-cell metallic matrix high-flow catalytic converter ensures emissions compliance without compromising performance. Additionally, the exhaust includes OEM-inspired heat shielding, a 4-inch corrugated stainless steel flex section, and Unitronic’s unique Clampco® V-band fastening system for a perfectly aligned, leak-proof connection.
Performance gains are complemented by sound engineering technologies, including sound reflection and absorption chambers packed with high-temperature fiberglass wool, resulting in a deep, aggressive tone without excessive cabin drone. The system terminates with 3.5-inch double-walled polished exhaust tips engraved with the Unitronic logo for a premium appearance.
