Description
Upgrade your VW Tiguan 2.0 TSI 4Motion or Tiguan R (Type AD1, 180–235 kW / 241–315 hp, 2020–2025) with the SST Exhaust Flap/Valve Control. This premium plug-and-play control unit allows you to open or close your exhaust flaps at your discretion, providing full control over exhaust sound and driving dynamics. The effect is particularly pronounced when combined with a sports exhaust system, delivering a sportier tone and enhanced performance.
Manufactured in Germany, the SST control unit is compact (72 x 50 x 21 mm), dust-protected (IP50), and discreetly installed in the driver’s footwell on the left side. It controls two exhaust flaps, integrates seamlessly with the vehicle’s electronics, and requires no modifications. The device does not draw quiescent current when switched off and does not interfere with onboard systems.
The control unit comes pre-assembled, pre-programmed, and includes illustrated installation and operating instructions for fast and easy setup. Optional professional installation is available at our facility.
