The factory turbo discharge pipe begins with a narrow 38mm internal diameter before gradually widening to 57mm. Neuspeed eliminates this bottleneck by introducing a 57mm full-diameter pipe throughout the system, ensuring uninterrupted flow from the turbocharger to the intercooler.
The kit includes a CNC-machined billet aluminum turbo discharge adapter featuring a smoothbore interior to reduce turbulence and improve boost delivery. A precision-molded silicone hose connects the adapter to the newly manufactured 57mm aluminum discharge pipe, which features a rolled lip on one end for secure hose attachment and a billet aluminum fitting on the opposite end that connects seamlessly to the factory intercooler hose.
