Designed for all R55–R59 MINIs equipped with N14 or N18 turbocharged engines, as well as the R60 Countryman and R61 Paceman, this intake system replaces the restrictive factory air box with a precision-engineered upgrade built for power, sound, and reliability.
At the heart of the system is a Blue 8-Ply Cotton Pleated Washable Air Filter paired with a durable Red 4-Ply Silicone Connection Elbow for maximum airflow and long-lasting performance. The heavy-gauge aluminum housing is TIG-welded, finished with a matte black powder coat, and accented with a stainless steel M7 medallion for a professional under-hood appearance.
Unlike other aftermarket systems, the MAXX-FLO keeps the factory MAF sensor in the stock position for OEM-level reliability. The filter mounts securely to a metal adapter tube rather than the delicate (and costly) MAF housing, ensuring durability under high-performance conditions. The result is improved throttle response, stronger turbo sound, and increased horsepower—all in a simple, direct bolt-on system.
