This system features a durable, in-house roto-molded air box and intake tube constructed from high-strength Cross-Link Polyethylene (XLPE). The one-piece air box integrates multiple patented design elements, including a removable magnetic lid and a magnetic clear-view inspection window, allowing quick visual inspection of the air filter without disassembly.
A patented built-in velocity stack promotes smoother and faster airflow into the turbocharger, improving throttle response and overall efficiency. For added flexibility, the removable lid and window allow the intake to be converted into an open-element configuration for increased airflow and a more aggressive intake sound.
An integrated ram air scoop is positioned at the front of the system to direct cool, fresh air into the intake path, helping maintain consistent intake air temperatures under load.
The dyno-tuned intake tube is engineered to control airflow velocity across the mass air flow sensor, ensuring accurate fuel trims and proper air-fuel ratios. This allows the system to deliver power gains while remaining fully compatible with the factory ECU calibration, with no additional tuning required.
