- Proof of Purchase Required: Customers must provide proof of purchase and obtain a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to process warranty claims. Shipping for warranty claims must be prepaid by the customer.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, incidental or consequential damages, or costs associated with installation or removal of the defective part.
