Description
The Fuel-It! CANfuel Sequential Port Fuel Injection Controller (BETA) is an advanced CANbus-based fuel control solution engineered to give your BMW ECU direct control over auxiliary fueling, sensors, and external components with unmatched flexibility and safety.
Fuel-It! redesigned sequential port injection control from the ground up to simplify installation, improve reliability, and expand tuning capability. CANfuel communicates using the factory CANbus system already present in your vehicle, eliminating the need for complex standalone wiring while delivering OEM-level integration.
CANfuel supports control of up to eight fuel injectors operating sequentially, along with ethanol content sensing, low fuel pressure monitoring, multiple auxiliary pressure sensors, EGT probes, external fuel pumps, and boost control solenoids. The system features industry-leading sensor and output capacity, ensuring ample expandability for high-power and ethanol-based builds.
For safety, CANfuel automatically reverts to batch fire mode if crankshaft synchronization is lost, preventing misfires or fuel delivery interruptions. High-current PWM outputs are designed to source 12V, allowing simplified and more reliable wiring of solenoids, relays, and pumps.
The controller is housed in a rugged, weatherproof aluminum enclosure and includes a high-quality plug-and-play harness system. Integrated Bluetooth enables wireless tuning, monitoring, logging, and firmware updates through a free mobile app, eliminating the need for a laptop.

Operational Modes
JB4 Slave Mode (Available Now)
Designed for vehicles running a JB4, this mode allows seamless integration where the JB4 fully controls sequential port injection, sensor inputs, external boost solenoids, and safety logic directly from the JB4 app. The system supports ethanol mixture scaling, tip-in fueling control, low fuel pressure compensation, and injection status monitoring. Free unlocked MHD backend flash maps are provided for compatible unlocked ECUs, enabling real-time scaling without custom flash tuning.
Stand-Alone Mode (Coming Soon)
CANfuel operates independently using the Fuel-It! Bluetooth app, offering full control through a 32x32 primary injection table with modifiers for ethanol content, fuel pressure, tip-in, EGT, and boost control. Real-time tuning adjustments are supported directly through the mobile app.
ECU Slave Mode (Coming Soon)
CANfuel integrates directly with a custom MHD-tuned ECU, allowing the ECU to control port injection, external solenoids, sensor inputs, and injection monitoring similar to JB4 Slave Mode.
