In testing, a completely stock RS3 produced 362 HP with the OEM intercooler and a peak intake temperature of 58°C. After installing the Forge intercooler—without any other modifications—the same car produced 386 HP and a significantly lower peak intake temperature of 23°C, translating to a +24 HP gain and a 35°C reduction in intake temps.
