The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Chambered Muffler is engineered to deliver classic Flowmaster performance with enhanced sound control and improved exhaust efficiency. Featuring Flowmaster’s proven Delta Flow® technology, this muffler utilizes internal delta deflectors to increase exhaust scavenging for improved performance while reducing interior resonance.
Unlike standard 40 Series mufflers, the Delta Flow design provides a milder exterior tone and reduced interior drone, making it well suited for street-driven vehicles while still producing an aggressive exhaust sound. The two-chamber configuration delivers a powerful, throaty exhaust note without sacrificing drivability.
Constructed from 16-gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded, this muffler is built for long-term durability in street, strip, and off-road applications. With no internal packing material, there is nothing to burn out over time, ensuring consistent sound and performance throughout the life of the muffler.
This universal-fit muffler features a 2.25-inch offset inlet and 2.25-inch offset outlet, making it ideal for custom exhaust systems and performance builds.
