The Eventuri Carbon Intake System for the G01 X3 and G02 X4 M40i with the B58D engine is engineered for optimal performance, delivering a less restrictive airflow to the turbo while keeping intake air temperatures (IATs) at a minimum. Designed to address the heat challenges posed by the engine bay’s proximity to the exhaust manifold, this intake system ensures your turbo receives cool, clean air for consistent power delivery.
Featuring a fully sealed carbon fiber airbox, this system is built to prevent heat soak, shielding the turbo from drawing in heated air. A gold-reflective heat shield lines the airbox to further reduce radiant heat from the exhaust manifold. Additionally, the airbox is maximized for airflow and incorporates a recess that fits seamlessly with the strut brace for a precise fit.
The intake system replaces the stock convoluted intake tube with a larger, smoother-flowing carbon fiber tube featuring an internal diameter of 109mm (4.3”). This ensures a consistent and unrestricted flow of air to the turbo inlet. The custom high-flow dry cone filter has been tested to meet ISO filtration standards, providing excellent filtration and a significantly larger filtration area compared to the OEM filter.
