The CSF High-Performance Aluminum Radiator for the Ferrari F430 is engineered to provide superior cooling efficiency, durability, and reliability under demanding driving conditions. Utilizing CSF’s latest 5mm multi-louvered fin technology, this radiator significantly increases heat exchange surface area while maintaining excellent airflow through the core.
The ultra-high-performance 2-row 42mm aluminum core is substantially larger than the factory radiator, increasing coolant capacity and greatly improving heat dissipation. The advanced 5mm fin design allows for 12 additional cooling tubes and fin rows, further enhancing thermal efficiency and recovery during aggressive driving.
CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology increases heat transfer by approximately 15% compared to conventional oval welded tubes. When combined with the 5mm fin design, overall heat transfer efficiency is improved by up to 25%. The super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core to deliver consistent and reliable cooling performance.
Constructed from 100% TIG-welded aluminum, this radiator offers increased structural strength, durability, and long-term reliability. The hand-brushed satin black finish provides a clean OEM-style appearance, and the radiator is a true plug-and-play drop-in fit, requiring absolutely no modifications for installation.
CSF continually develops advanced cooling solutions, and the latest 5mm fin technology introduced at the end of 2023 offers greater heat transfer area and thermal efficiency than CSF’s proven 6.5mm fin design. CSF designed both the Ferrari 360 and F430 radiators to fit both the left and right sides. While the F430 OEM radiators are designed this way from the factory, CSF includes a coolant temperature sensor port on both sides to ensure full compatibility.
The pre-plugged sensor port supports the OE Ferrari 176322 temperature sensor or aftermarket sensors using M22 x 1.5 threading. Each radiator is sold individually, fits either side of the vehicle, and is individually leak and pressure tested to ensure performance and reliability.
