The CORSA Performance Xtreme & Sport 3.0" Cat-Back Single Side Exit exhaust system is engineered specifically for Ford F-150 SuperCrew with a 6.5 FT Bed and 157.2" wheelbase. Designed to replace the stock exhaust from the catalytic converters back, it enhances airflow, reduces system weight, and delivers a bold V8 tone.
The Sport sound level provides an aggressive cold start and a moderately aggressive exhaust note under acceleration while maintaining near-stock in-cabin volume. The Xtreme sound level is CORSA’s loudest option, noticeably more aggressive than Sport during cold start and acceleration, with only slightly more in-cabin volume. All exit styles are up to 14 dB louder than stock under heavy acceleration.
Constructed from 3.0" 304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing, the system includes dual-wall stainless steel Pro-Series tips in polished or optional black PVD coating. Weight savings: Xtreme -29 lbs / Sport -25 lbs. Installation is bolt-on, requiring no welding.
