The CORSA Performance Xtreme & Sport 3.0" Cat-Back Dual Rear Exit exhaust system is engineered for Ford F-150 SuperCab with 6.5 FT Bed and SuperCrew with 5.5 FT Bed, both with a 145.4" wheelbase. This system replaces the stock exhaust from the catalytic converters back, delivering improved flow, weight savings, and a bold V8 tone.
The Sport sound level provides an aggressive cold start with a moderately aggressive tone under acceleration while maintaining near-stock in-cabin volume. The Xtreme sound level is CORSA’s loudest option, noticeably more aggressive than Sport at both cold start and acceleration, with minimal added cabin volume. Dual Rear Exit style delivers up to 20 dB louder than stock under heavy acceleration.
Constructed from 3.0" 304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing, the system includes dual-wall stainless steel Pro-Series tips in polished or optional black PVD coating. Weight savings: Xtreme -15 lbs / Sport -11 lbs. The system installs via a bolt-on design with no welding required.
