The Burger Motorsports High Capacity Trans Cooler kit helps extend the life of your transmission by replacing the factory coolant-to-fluid heat exchanger with a high-capacity, air-to-fluid radiator. This unique plug-and-play kit includes all necessary mounting hardware, lines, and coolant caps for an easy installation inside the driver-side fender. The result is significantly reduced transmission temperatures and increased transmission longevity. Perfect for BMW E chassis automatics with upgraded turbos.
Optional Transmission 165ºF (74ºC) Oil Cooler Thermostat (Recommended) The thermostat ensures the oil exiting the transmission remains at optimal temperature, preventing over-cooling and delaying warm-up. This critical component maintains the oil at the rated minimum temperature under most conditions.
