The system replaces the factory charge air duct (OEM BMW Part #13718601683) with high-gauge aluminum charge pipes featuring CNC-machined throttle body and turbo flanges for precise OEM-style fitment. The upgraded pipes increase airflow capacity while improving durability compared to the restrictive factory plastic components.
This kit includes the premium Turbosmart Raceport Blow-Off Valve, designed to release excess boost pressure when the throttle closes. This helps reduce compressor surge, improves turbocharger reliability, and produces the distinctive performance blow-off sound during gear shifts or throttle lift.
Finished with a matte black textured coating, the charge pipe integrates cleanly into the engine bay while offering two 1/8" NPT ports for optional boost gauges or methanol injection systems. The system is fully compatible with factory tuning, JB4 tuning, and flash ECU tuning, making it an ideal upgrade for both stock and modified vehicles.
