PROFILE: Elevate the performance of your BMW N55 turbo with the ARM N55 Intake. This intake system optimizes airflow from the air filter to the turbo inlet, enhancing performance and engine efficiency. Featuring a heat shield to isolate cool air from engine heat and a multimedia dry air filter for effective filtration.
CONSTRUCTION: The ARM N55 Intake is meticulously engineered with precision CNC machined fittings for seamless integration of OEM components like the MAF sensor and vacuum lines. The intake runner tube starts at an oversized 3.5" at the air filter, tapering down to 3.3" to connect flawlessly with OEM or aftermarket turbo inlets. A robust mounting bracket reduces vibrations common in non-secured intake kits.
The included 1.6mm thick heat shield maximizes cool air intake by shielding against engine-generated heat. It features three secure mounting points and weather stripping to prevent hot air infiltration.
With a total filter surface area of 186 cubic inches, the inverted design of the ARM N55 Intake supports high-performance big-turbo applications, making it versatile for future turbo upgrades.
