Supercharger Drive Pulley Upgrade: APR's Supercharger Drive Pulley reduces the factory pulley diameter from ~63.25mm to 57.75mm, spinning the supercharger approximately 9.5% faster. This upgrade delivers a noticeable increase in power and performance across the entire RPM range. The drive pulley is CNC machined from billet stainless steel, e-coated black for an OEM appearance, and bolts directly onto the factory supercharger unit.
Supercharger Crank Pulley Upgrade: APR's Supercharger Crank Pulley increases the factory pulley diameter from ~162mm to ~187mm, spinning the supercharger approximately 15.4% faster. This results in an even greater increase in horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range. The crank pulley retains the factory harmonically balanced design, bolts onto the existing unit, and is CNC machined from lightweight billet aluminum with weight-saving pockets. It features an anodized black finish and includes new crank pulley bolts.
Dual Pulley Configuration: Upgrading both the supercharger drive and crank pulleys results in the factory supercharger spinning approximately 26.4% faster than stock. This configuration was meticulously tested to ensure optimal performance gains while maintaining engine reliability. To fully exploit the dual pulley setup, the APR Ultracharger Throttle Body Upgrade is recommended, eliminating airflow restrictions and allowing the engine to achieve maximum power.
