The Rebel XD Series 4" DPF-Back Exhaust System by aFe POWER is precision-engineered to enhance exhaust flow, provide aggressive diesel tone, and ensure long-lasting durability for 2015–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel trucks. Designed and manufactured in Corona, California, this system combines high-performance construction with exact OE-style fitment.
Built from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Rebel XD Series delivers superior strength, corrosion resistance, and optimal exhaust flow. All components are 100% MIG-welded for race-proven structural integrity, capable of withstanding high heat and heavy-duty use.
Finishing the system are dual 5-inch polished 304 stainless steel intercooled clamp-on exhaust tips, each featuring a riveted aFe POWER logo plate. These polished tips offer a premium, performance-oriented aesthetic while effectively directing exhaust for an aggressive yet refined diesel tone.
Installation is designed for factory-style flange and OE-style bayonet hangers, ensuring stable pipe positioning under high vibration and temperature. Some cutting may be required (refer to the included instruction sheet), but the system mounts directly to factory locations and includes all necessary hardware for a smooth, hassle-free installation.
This DPF-back system enhances sound and flow without compromising emissions compliance. It does not require a CARB EO number.
