The Rebel XD Series 4" DPF-Back Exhaust System by aFe POWER is engineered to deliver maximum exhaust flow, aggressive sound, and long-lasting durability for 2015–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel trucks. Designed and manufactured in Corona, California, this system combines high-performance construction with precise OE-style fitment.
Constructed from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Rebel XD Series ensures superior strength, corrosion resistance, and optimal exhaust flow. Every component is 100% MIG-welded, providing race-proven durability capable of withstanding high heat and vibration.
The system is finished with dual 5-inch black 304 stainless steel intercooled clamp-on exhaust tips, each featuring a riveted aFe POWER logo plate for a distinctive, performance-oriented appearance. These tips enhance aesthetics while directing exhaust efficiently for an aggressive, commanding tone.
Installation is designed for factory-style flange and OE-style bayonet hangers, ensuring stable pipe placement under high vibration and extreme heat. While some cutting may be required (see included instruction sheet), the system mounts directly to factory locations and includes all necessary hardware for a hassle-free installation.
This DPF-back exhaust delivers an aggressive diesel sound without compromising emissions compliance. It does not require a CARB EO number.
