The Rebel XD Series 4" DPF-Back Exhaust System by aFe POWER is designed to deliver maximum exhaust flow, aggressive sound, and long-lasting durability for 2011–2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel trucks. Engineered and manufactured in Corona, California, this system combines performance-driven construction with precision OE-style fitment.
Constructed from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Rebel XD Series ensures superior strength, corrosion resistance, and optimal exhaust velocity. All components are 100% MIG-welded, providing race-proven durability that withstands the rigors of high heat and vibration.
Finishing the system are dual 5-inch polished 304 stainless steel intercooled clamp-on exhaust tips, each adorned with a riveted aFe POWER logo plate. These polished tips not only enhance the truck’s aesthetic appeal but also direct exhaust flow efficiently while maintaining a sleek, premium look.
For installation, this DPF-back exhaust uses factory-style flanges and OE-style bayonet hangers, ensuring stable pipe placement under high vibration and heat. While some cutting may be required (see included instructions), the system is engineered for a straightforward install, with all necessary hardware included for a hassle-free process.
This exhaust system is optimized for sound and flow, delivering a deep, commanding tone without affecting emissions compliance. It does not require a CARB EO number.
