The Rebel XD Series 4" DPF-Back Exhaust System by aFe POWER is engineered to deliver maximum exhaust flow, aggressive sound, and long-lasting durability for 2011–2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel trucks. Designed and manufactured in Corona, California, this exhaust system combines high-performance engineering with precise fitment for serious diesel enthusiasts.
Constructed from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Rebel XD Series provides superior strength, corrosion resistance, and optimal exhaust velocity. All connections are 100% MIG-welded, ensuring race-proven durability and structural integrity even under extreme conditions.
The system features dual 5-inch black 304 stainless steel intercooled clamp-on exhaust tips, each accented with a riveted aFe POWER logo plate for a sleek, performance-oriented finish. These tips not only enhance aesthetics but also help direct exhaust flow efficiently.
For installation, the Rebel XD Series utilizes factory-style flanges and OE-style bayonet hangers to maintain precise pipe positioning under high vibration and temperature. This ensures a stable, long-lasting fit that mirrors OEM mounting locations. While some cutting may be required (see included instruction sheet), the system is designed for a straightforward installation with all necessary hardware included.
This DPF-back system is optimized for sound and flow, delivering a deep, aggressive tone without altering emissions compliance. It does not require a CARB EO number.
