Precision-engineered for Hellcat, Demon, Redeye, Trackhawk, and TRX platforms, this bolt-on pulley upgrade increases supercharger speed to deliver an estimated +6 PSI of boost (±0.5 PSI), resulting in significant horsepower and torque gains when paired with proper tuning.
Precision CNC-Machined Construction
The 2.50-inch (63.5mm) pulley is CNC machined from high-strength 6061-T6 billet aluminum, offering an ideal balance of lightweight performance and durability. Finished in black hard anodizing with a laser-etched aFe POWER logo and size marking, the pulley delivers a clean, professional appearance while resisting wear and corrosion.
High-Strength 17-4 Stainless Steel Hub
This kit includes a CNC-machined 17-4 stainless steel hub, chosen for its exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. The hub ensures a precise fit on the supercharger snout and provides long-term reliability under increased boost conditions.
Complete Installation Hardware Included
The kit comes complete with mounting screws, washers, and thread locker to ensure a secure and reliable installation. Due to the increased supercharger speed, a shorter belt is required (Gates K100570HD).
Performance Tuning Required
Professional ECU tuning is required to safely accommodate the increased boost pressure and to fully realize the performance benefits of this pulley upgrade.
Installation Note
Specialized tools are required to remove the factory supercharger pulley. Professional installation is strongly recommended to ensure proper fitment and optimal performance.
