At the heart of the system is a one-piece sealed housing with an auxiliary air scoop, designed to eliminate heat soak and deliver the coolest possible intake charge. The housing’s smooth internal surfaces optimize airflow while reducing turbulence, and a removable urethane plug is included for cold-weather operation when blocking the auxiliary scoop is preferred. A large stainless steel accent plate adds a bold, aggressive under-hood appearance.
Airflow is supplied through a massive Pro DRY S 360-degree radial flow air filter, featuring three layers of progressive synthetic media for outstanding filtration and performance. With a 99.2% cumulative filtration efficiency, this dry, oil-free filter is ideal for daily driving and harsh environments alike. The reinforced metal filter construction prevents collapse under high airflow demands, while a patented filter-to-housing interface allows for maximum filter size and simplified installation.
