At the core of the system is a CAD-designed, roto-molded intake housing crafted from heat-soak resistant cross-linked polyethylene. A large clear sight window allows easy inspection of the included Pro DRY S air filter without removal of the airbox. The innovative filter-to-housing interface (US Patent 9440175) simplifies installation by reducing the number of components while maintaining a tight, precise fit.
The intake system includes a high-quality roto-molded intake tube, dyno-tuned to optimize airflow and maximize performance gains. A 1/8" NPT port is integrated just ahead of the throttle body, enabling the addition of a water/methanol injection system for enhanced performance and temperature control.
The included Pro DRY S performance air filter is engineered for maximum airflow and filtration. With a large 5" flange, 9" height, and inverted top design, the cone filter features three layers of progressively finer synthetic media within a 100% polyurethane frame for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. This allows the system to outflow the factory intake by 9% while delivering 415 CFM measured at 7” H2O.
For secure, reliable installation, the system includes premium stainless-steel clamps and silicone couplings, ensuring a tight fit and long-lasting durability. No cutting or drilling of factory components is required, making the Momentum GT intake a straightforward upgrade for supercharged Jeep JKs.
