The aFe POWER Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System with Pro 5R Filter is engineered to maximize airflow, horsepower, and torque for 2019–2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks equipped with the 2.7L turbo engine. With a modern design inspired by the Silverado’s updated headlights, the Momentum GT combines performance, style, and convenience in one integrated package.
Dyno-tested, the Momentum GT delivers up to +25 horsepower and +30 lb-ft of torque, while outflowing the factory intake by 12%. Its measured flow reaches 280 CFM at 7 inches H₂O, ensuring a steady supply of clean air for peak engine performance.
Large Five-Layer Pro 5R Performance Air Filter
At the heart of the system is a 9-inch tall, 360-degree radial flow Pro 5R air filter with a 5.5-inch flange and five layers of pre-oiled cotton gauze media. This filter is designed for maximum airflow, street use performance, and long service intervals. The inverted top increases surface area, while the reinforced expanded metal protects against impact, ensuring durability.
Unique One-Piece Sealed Housing
The smooth, one-piece roto-molded housing is crafted from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). Its patent-pending filter-to-housing interface allows for the largest possible filter while minimizing components for an easy installation. A built-in clear sight window enables quick filter inspection without disassembly. The housing also uses the factory air inlet and includes an optional auxiliary air inlet for additional airflow.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube
The system’s CAD-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube is engineered to maintain perfect fitment while maximizing airflow. Constructed from heat-resistant XLPE, it ensures consistent performance under demanding conditions.
