Large 5-Layer Pro 5R Performance Air Filter
At the core of the Momentum GT system is a 9-inch tall, 360-degree radial flow air filter with a 5.5-inch flange, utilizing aFe’s pre-oiled Pro 5R cotton gauze media. The five layers of progressively finer filtration maximize airflow while maintaining effective particle capture. Designed for street and track use, the Pro 5R filter provides the highest airflow and power gains in most performance applications and is fully washable and reusable.
Innovative One-Piece Sealed Housing
The Momentum GT intake features a one-piece sealed housing with a patented filter-to-housing interface, engineered to accommodate the largest possible air filter. A clear sight window allows for fast filter inspection without disassembly, while the housing seamlessly integrates with the factory air inlet scoop to ensure a consistent supply of cool, dense air using no additional hardware. For servicing, the filter can be removed simply by uninstalling the intake tube.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube
A computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube optimizes airflow efficiency and ensures precise factory fitment. Constructed from heat-resistant XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene), the intake tube resists heat soak and delivers long-term durability in demanding engine bay conditions.
