Engineered specifically for the 3.5L twin-turbo EcoBoost platform, this exhaust system enhances exhaust flow, improves throttle response, and delivers a powerful exhaust note worthy of the Raptor name.
This system features a performance-oriented 3-inch to 3.5-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel design, allowing unrestricted exhaust flow while maintaining excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Every system is 100% hand MIG-welded by certified craftsmen for race-proven strength and long-term reliability.
To optimize sound quality and minimize cabin drone, aFe POWER incorporates dual Y-merge assemblies, which evenly distribute exhaust pulses before entering a 7-inch diameter x 24-inch long free-flowing stainless steel muffler. The muffler is finished in a high-temperature metallic black powder coat and delivers a deep, aggressive exhaust tone without sacrificing daily drivability.
The system exits at the rear through dual 4.5-inch black powder-coated stainless steel tips, featuring an angle-cut rolled edge and a laser-cut aFe POWER badge for a bold, custom appearance. Designed as a direct bolt-on system, it utilizes factory mounting locations, OE-style flanges, and bayonet hangers to ensure a secure, leak-free fit and hassle-free installation.
