The aFe POWER Large Bore-HD 4" DPF-Back Exhaust System is designed to deliver dyno-verified performance gains, improved exhaust flow, and reduced exhaust gas temperatures for 2011–2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine. Engineered for heavy-duty performance, towing, and long-term reliability, this system combines premium materials with precision OE-style fitment.
In aFe POWER’s in-house dyno testing, this exhaust system produced gains of +8 horsepower and +11 lb-ft of torque over the factory exhaust. The system is 100% hand MIG-welded and constructed from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, allowing exhaust gases to flow efficiently with minimal restriction. Smooth transition bends and a mitered merge collector eliminate dead space and turbulence, enhancing horsepower, torque, and overall exhaust efficiency while helping to lower EGTs.
To further manage heat, this system incorporates intercooling tailpipes, which help dissipate heat at the exhaust outlet—an important advantage for trucks subjected to towing and high-load conditions.
Installation is quick and hassle-free, utilizing all factory mounting locations for precise alignment. OE-style bayonet hangers maintain a stable exhaust position during high vibration and extreme heat, ensuring a consistent OE-quality fit over time. High-quality band clamps provide secure, leak-free connections.
Completing the system are dual side-exit 6-inch angle-cut, rolled-edge polished stainless steel clamp-on tips, delivering a bold and refined appearance. Each tip features a black laser-cut stainless steel aFe POWER logo plate, adding aggressive, high-end styling.
This DPF-back exhaust system does not require a CARB EO number, making it suitable for off-road and performance applications where applicable. Like all aFe POWER exhaust systems, it is engineered and manufactured in Corona, California, ensuring premium American craftsmanship and proven durability.
