The aFe Control Sway-A-Way 2.5 Rear Shock Kit (afe302-0056-02) is a direct-fit, high-performance rear shock upgrade for 2009–2013 Ford F-150 4WD trucks. These 2.5-inch diameter shocks are engineered with Sway-A-Way’s 20+ years of race-proven technology, delivering superior rear suspension control, ride quality, and durability.
Designed for off-road performance without sacrificing on-road comfort, this kit includes piggyback reservoirs for improved oil capacity and cooling. The shocks are constructed with CNC-machined aluminum components, bright zinc-plated steel cylinders, and 5/8-inch polished Nitro Steel shafts for maximum strength and long-term reliability.
Internally, the shocks feature specifically formulated 7wt fully synthetic shock oil and a multi-seal carrier to prevent leaks and contamination. These shocks are completely adjustable and rebuildable, making them ideal for towing, daily driving, or light off-road use.
100% designed and built in the USA, they install directly onto factory mounting points with no modifications required.
