ATLAS 5” Aluminized Steel DPF-Back Exhaust System with 6” Black Intercooled Tip
Enhance the performance, durability, and aggressive styling of your 6.7L Power Stroke with the ATLAS 5” DPF-Back Exhaust System by aFe POWER. Built for demanding diesel applications, this system features 100% hand MIG-welded, 5” mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing engineered to maximize exhaust flow while reducing exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).
The increased tubing diameter and smooth transition bends minimize exhaust restriction and turbulence, resulting in improved horsepower, torque, and overall efficiency. A mitered merge collector is incorporated to eliminate dead zones that can hinder exhaust flow, ensuring consistent performance under load. Some cutting is required during installation.
Designed for OE-quality fitment, this system utilizes factory mounting locations, OE-style bayonet hangers, high-quality band clamps, and an OE-style flange to provide a secure, leak-free 360-degree seal that maintains alignment even under extreme heat and vibration.
Finishing the system is a massive 6” diameter black stainless steel intercooled tip, featuring integrated cooling vents to further reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe. A laser-cut stainless steel aFe POWER badge adds a bold, aggressive appearance to the rear of your truck.
