The aFe POWER ATLAS 4" Aluminized Steel Dual DPF-Back Exhaust System is engineered to deliver improved exhaust flow, aggressive styling, and OE-level fitment for 2017–2019 Chevrolet Silverado HD and GMC Sierra HD 2500/3500 models equipped with the 6.6L L5P Duramax diesel engine. Designed as a single-to-dual exhaust conversion, this system enhances both performance and appearance while retaining daily-drivable refinement.
Constructed from 4" mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing, the ATLAS exhaust system ensures smooth exhaust flow with low turbulence, helping increase horsepower and torque while reducing exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). A mitered merge collector efficiently transitions exhaust gases from single to dual outlets, maximizing flow efficiency and balance.
This system utilizes OE-style bayonet hangers, high-quality band clamps, and all factory mounting locations for a secure, rattle-free installation. A bolt-on support bracket is included to properly support the driver-side tailpipe, ensuring long-term stability without modification. The design maintains compatibility with the factory spare tire location.
Finishing the system are dual 5" high-temperature black powder-coated 304 stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tips, each featuring a laser-cut stainless steel aFe POWER badge for a bold, aggressive rear-exit appearance.
