This Baer Brakes 14" Extreme+ Rear Brake Kit delivers maximum stopping power and aggressive styling with a bold Monster Green finish. It converts factory drum brake setups to high-performance discs using Baer’s premium components.
Vehicle Fitment:
- GM 1500 Trucks (Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500) from 2005 through 2014
- For vehicles with OE rear drum brakes only
- Compatible with 6-lug (6x5.50) bolt pattern
- Requires minimum 18” wheels (use Baer fitment template N228P to confirm)
- Fitment depends on cab style, bed length, and 2WD/4WD configuration — specify at time of order

- 6-piston Monoblock 6S caliper, CNC machined from US-sourced 2618 aluminum
