Description
This rear disc conversion kit from Baer Brakes is engineered specifically for performance and durability, turning your factory drum-equipped GM 1500 into a high-performance disc brake system. The Extreme+ system is built around Baer’s signature 6S 6-piston Monoblock caliper and includes a robust 14” slotted, drilled, and zinc-plated rotor.
Vehicle Fitment:
- GM 1500 Trucks (Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500) from model years 2005 through 2014
- Designed exclusively for vehicles originally equipped with OE rear drum brakes
- Compatible with 6-lug bolt pattern (6x5.50)
- Minimum wheel size: 18 inches (verify fitment using Baer template N228P)
- Fitment may vary based on cab style, bed length, and drivetrain (2WD/4WD). Please specify when ordering.
