Introducing the long-awaited B48 Port Injection Kit! This comprehensive kit provides supplemental fueling for all BMWs equipped with the B48 engine. Seamlessly integrating into your car like it was factory-installed, the kit is nearly invisible once assembled. It includes everything required to add multi-port injection and is fully compliant with E85 fuel. Pair this kit with your preferred injector controller and enjoy support from 400whp to over 1000whp!
Base Kit Includes:
- 1x Port Injection Plate
- 1x Port Injection Fuel Rail
- 1x Fuel Line
- 1x AN6 T-Split (with a 1/8th NPT port for pressure sensors)
- All necessary hardware for installation
Additional Components:
- 4x Bosch Motorsport 550cc Injectors
- 4x Bosch Motorsport 750cc Injectors
- 4x Bosch Motorsport 1000cc Injectors
Injector Guide:
- 550cc supports up to 600whp on E85
- 750cc supports up to 710whp on E85
- 1000cc supports up to 840whp on E85
The 550cc injectors are ideal for our IM450/500 turbo upgrades, supporting full E85 or 93 octane. Contact us if you need assistance selecting the right injector size.
Note: An aftermarket 2-piece charge pipe is required. This kit is not compatible with MINI vehicles. You will need an external injector controller; we highly recommend the Motive Reflex Plus or Lite, depending on your needs.
