The CSF heat exchangers fit directly into the factory housing pods, reusing OE foam strips for sealing while including removable metal rock guards for enhanced durability and protection against debris. Both the factory and CSF units have 39 cooling tubes and 40 fin rows, but CSF upgrades the core to a 54mm 2-row design, significantly improving cooling capacity over the OE 1-row units. CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology increases heat transfer by approximately 15%, and the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core.
Unlike factory coolers that use crimped and brazed construction, CSF units are 100% TIG-welded aluminum for superior strength, longevity, and resistance to harsh driving conditions. The outlet tanks feature pre-plugged 1/8th NPT temperature sensor ports for precise coolant monitoring.
