The Burger Tuning Kia / Hyundai 1.6L Turbo JB4 Performance Tuner (V1) is a plug-and-play powerhouse, engineered to deliver gains of up to 60whp and 60wtq at the wheels on a stock vehicle. By working in conjunction with your factory ECU, the JB4 optimizes boost, timing, and fueling to improve throttle response, eliminate turbo lag, and unleash the true potential of your 1.6L turbo engine.

Unlike basic chips, the JB4 offers CANbus integration, advanced data logging, and upgradable firmware. It monitors critical parameters such as throttle position, engine speed, ignition timing, air/fuel ratios, and knock activity, ensuring optimized performance without compromising reliability. Built-in safety features automatically lower boost under unsafe conditions like overheating, over-boosting, or running lean, keeping your engine protected at all times.

The JB4 comes preloaded with up to 8 maps, including 91 octane, 93 octane, and E85 ethanol-compatible options. Users can switch maps on the fly, select valet mode, or revert to stock settings with either the optional BMS data cable or JB4 Mobile smartphone app. During normal driving, fuel economy remains unaffected, and installation is fully reversible, leaving no trace behind.

For wireless connectivity, pair the JB4 with either the JB4 Mobile Adapter or the JB4PRO Adapter. These options allow real-time monitoring, firmware updates, performance logging, boost-by-gear tuning, and on-the-fly adjustments — all from your iOS or Android device. The BMS Elite Dual Intakes for the 2025+ BMW G90 / G99 M5 unlock additional performance, sound, and responsiveness from the S68 engine. Designed to maximize airflow, this system replaces the restrictive factory intake top-end with high-flow aluminum intake tubes and dual inverted cone performance filters, while retaining the OEM cold air ducting and lightweight heat-shielding lower airbox.

Expect gains of up to 10whp at boost levels of 25psi+, along with quicker turbo spool and a dramatic improvement in intake sound. The setup looks as good under the hood as it performs on the road.

Two premium filter options are available:

  • Oiled Cotton Renewable Filters – Cleanable with an S&B cleaning kit every 15–20k miles, designed to last the life of your BMW.

  • Dry Extendable Filters – Superior filtration for harsh conditions, easily cleaned with compressed air but will require eventual replacement.
