Constructed from 3” CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-made .065” wall T304L stainless steel, the system features robust internally lined flex sections to accommodate engine movement. AWE’s proprietary packing material ensures the exhaust tone remains consistent over time.
Thoughtful Design Details
Integrated machined aluminum heat shields bolt directly to factory bumper mounting points, protecting the rear fascia without the need for exhaust wraps. Quad 4.5” double-walled slash-cut tips perfectly fill the Z06 bumper and are available in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black.
