The Evolution Racewerks Charge Pipe Kit for the BMW B46/B48 engine replaces the weak factory plastic charge pipe with a high-flow, high-strength aluminum system designed for tuned and high-boost applications. Built from lightweight 6061 aluminum and mandrel-bent for smooth airflow, this kit improves throttle response, reduces turbo lag, and eliminates the risk of factory pipe failure.

Unlike the restrictive 2.5" pipes used by other brands, this kit features a throttle-body-matched 3" upper pipe for optimal airflow and smooth transition from the turbo outlet. CNC-machined MAP and IAT sensor flanges ensure perfect sealing, and the o-ring c-clip lock flanges provide a secure factory-style connection to the turbocharger and throttle body. Beaded pipe ends and heavy-duty T-bolt clamps keep everything locked in place under high boost.

This kit includes both upper and lower charge pipes, silicone hump hose, and all necessary installation hardware. Optional Type III Hard Black Anodizing adds a stealth OEM appearance while increasing surface hardness and durability. Two 1/8" NPT bungs (one per pipe) provide easy integration for methanol injection, nitrous systems, or boost reference ports.
