Introducing the Evolution Racewerks Charge Pipe Kit for B46/B48 engines, designed to replace the factory plastic charge pipes prone to breaking under high boost. This kit fits a wide range of BMW models, including the 2016+ BMW 120i, 125i, 220i, 230i, 320i, 330i, 330e, 420i, 430i, 520i, 530i, 630i, 730i, 740e, X3 20i, X3 30i, X4 20i, X4 30i, Z4 20i, and Z4 30i.
This charge pipe upgrade is crafted from lightweight 6061 high-grade aluminum, ensuring smooth airflow, reducing turbo lag, and increasing throttle response. The kit includes both upper and lower charge pipes, which are necessary for installation. The charge pipes feature precision CNC-machined flanges for a leak-free connection to the turbocharger and throttle body, while the beaded ends and T-bolt clamps prevent piping from disconnecting under high boost.
Optional Type III Hard Black Anodizing provides extra durability and a sleek, stealthy look. Additionally, this kit includes two 1/8" NPT bungs, allowing for the installation of methanol or nitrous injectors, or a boost source for gauges.
