Engineered for strength and durability, the carrier is constructed from 100% U.S.-sourced steel, precision laser-cut, and fixture-welded by skilled craftsmen. The system incorporates a double-tapered roller bearing hinge, a dual-stage self-aligning rotary latch meeting FMVSS safety standards, and an adjustable wheel bracket that accommodates tire diameters up to 30 inches with a maximum weight of 150 lbs (70 kg).
