Development Process:
Our development team created numerous prototypes to perfect this intake system. Initial designs using a straight venturi tube and additional air feeds failed to meet performance expectations. After extensive testing and CFD analysis, we optimized the system by doubling the cross-sectional area of the front inlet feed, extending the snorkel with a bell mouth, and incorporating a larger air filter housing. This approach provided the best airflow results and significantly enhanced vehicle performance.
