After numerous customer requests, Evolution Racewerks is proud to introduce the Turbo to Intercooler (TIC) Charge Pipe for the 2010-12 BMW 135i/335i and 2010-15 BMW X1 N55 Single Turbo Engine. This upgrade replaces the factory plastic charge pipe, known for breaking under high boost, with durable 6061 aluminum piping, improving throttle response and reducing turbo lag.
The TIC charge pipe features 2.5" piping with beaded ends and T-bolt clamps to secure the intercooler piping, ensuring it won't come off under high boost. Its lightweight aluminum construction ensures smooth airflow and prevents ballooning or collapsing, further enhancing performance. Precision CNC-machined flanges retain the factory-style o-ring lock, allowing for quick and leak-free connections to the turbocharger and intercooler. An optional Type III Hard Black Anodizing finish is available for added durability and a stealthy look.
