The Evolution Racewerks Lower Intercooler Charge Pipe (LIC) Kit is engineered to replace the factory rubber/plastic pipe on the BMW N55 single-turbo engine. The OEM pipe is known to fail under higher boost levels, making this upgrade essential for reliability and performance.
This LIC pipe is constructed from lightweight 6061 aluminum with smooth mandrel bends to maintain consistent airflow, reduce turbo lag, and improve throttle response. The design includes factory-style o-ring locking connectors for a secure, leak-free, plug-and-play installation with either stock or aftermarket intercoolers.
