It works in harmony with your factory ECU tuning to remap boost, timing, and fueling, optimizing performance and reducing turbo lag. The JB4 includes full SENT sensor technology essential for tuning the latest Audi platforms, as well as complete CANbus integration, allowing it to access and incorporate all engine data in its tuning strategies.
The JB4 incorporates unique safety features, such as keeping boost pressure low until oil and water reach optimal temperatures, ensuring proper engine and turbo lubrication. If the engine begins to overheat, run lean, knock excessively, or over boost, the JB4 will switch to a low boost map to protect your engine. Additionally, it includes fuel control for ethanol mixture mapping.
Fully compatible with JB4 Mobile, the unit allows for on-the-fly map changes, data logging, firmware updates, and much more. Installation is discreet, and the tuner can be removed without leaving any trace when needed. The JB4 maintains fuel economy during normal driving and is compatible with all driving modes.
Wirelessly connect the JB4 to your Bluetooth 4.0 compatible iOS or Android device via the JB4 Mobile connect kit, or to your Windows laptop with the BMS data cable. Both options enable comprehensive vehicle data analysis, performance map adjustments, and firmware updates. Note: JB4 Mobile app purchase is required separately.
