Water Injection. Water injection, also known as methanol injection, is the method of cooling the combustion chambers of an internal combustion engine by adding a fine spray of a water/methanol mix to the incoming air-fuel mixture. This not only reduces the intake temperature, but also increases the octane rating of the fuel allowing for greater ignition timing for more horsepower and torque.
No Laptop Needed. The heart of the Snow Performance system is the Stage 3 controller, which allows the driver to make on-the-fly adjustments. The entire system can quickly and easily be dialed in by the driver using the included tuning guide, with no need for a laptop or computer programmer. The controller displays boost and EFI information along with water/methanol injection levels in real time.
Complete Kit. The Stage 3 Boost Cooler kit includes a Stage 3 LCD Screen Controller, UHO (Ultra High Output) Pump, 2 Nozzles, a special fitting for use with the factory washer reservoir, all the required hardware and comprehensive instructions.
