The JLT Super Big CAI will improve incoming air flow resulting in an increase of horse power and torque at the rear wheels.
148mm MAF Housing. With a massive 148mm MAF housing "the largest available on the market" this JLT Cold Air Kit was specially designed for Supercharged Shelby GT500 Mustangs making over 800 rear wheel horsepower.
Money Saving Reusable Filter. This JLT Super Big cold air intake kit comes complete with a 6" x 9" high flow reusable S&B powerstack air filter. So that means there is no need to go out and buy a new filter every few thousand miles. Now you can just clean the filter, re-oil it, save money, and go!
Easy Installation. The JLT Performance Super Big Cold Air Intake kit was designed to install with just basic hand tools. No extra modifications or special tools are required for an easy 1 hour installation.
Required Upgrade. Installation of this Cold Air Intake will require the use of a Mustang Handheld Tuner to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) for operation.
Application. This JLT Super Big Cold Air Intake is specifically designed for use on the 2007-2009 Shelby GT500 Mustangs equipped with an aftermarket Whipple Superchargers Kit. A new computer tune is required.
