The APR Modular Boost Tap and PCV Bypass System plugs directly into the intake manifold, offering a range of features to enhance your engine’s functionality. The boost tap allows for referencing boost or vacuum from the manifold and includes a cap if this feature is unneeded. A T-junction enables multiple boost and vacuum references, and a 'no buzz' restrictor pill ensures proper manual boost gauge operation. Additionally, the system includes a threaded PCV plug, allowing the PCV system to operate as intended by the OEM or to be blocked off for specific setups, such as catch-cans. The threaded plug also facilitates quick diagnosis of the PCV valve for boost leaks. This innovative and modular design ensures compatibility with all boost, vacuum, and PCV system configurations, providing peace of mind for future modifications.

This part is legal under the provisions of EPA’s Tampering Policy dated November 23rd, 2020. APR has conducted testing to verify that this product allows the vehicle to operate within legal emissions standards, making it legal for on-street use in all states that accept the provisions of the Clean Air Act and the EPA Tampering Policy. However, this product is NOT LEGAL FOR SALE OR USE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. Testing with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to achieve 50-state compliance is pending. Once testing is complete and an E.O. number is issued, this product will be updated to 50-state legal status.
