The 034Motorsport High Pressure Fuel Pump Piston Upgrade Kit is a precision-engineered, drop-in replacement piston designed for the factory high pressure fuel pump on EA888 Gen 3 2.0T engines. This upgrade fits popular Volkswagen and Audi models including the MK7 and MK7.5 GTI, GLI, Golf R, 8V/8V.5 A3/S3, and 8S TT/TTS.
By increasing the piston diameter and stroke volume, this kit unlocks up to 38.6% more fuel flow compared to the factory pump. It supports the higher fueling demands required for ethanol blends (like E85), race gas, and more aggressive pump gas tunes. It pairs perfectly with 034Motorsport’s Dynamic+ ECU software and is essential for Stage 1 and Stage 2 E85 performance tunes.
