This unique VTT/TS part offers EWG-like control with the ease and versatility of IWG installation, providing a reliable solution to boost control issues in these platforms.

  • Exclusive Design: Only available through VTT and authorized dealers, this unique wastegate is compatible with all stock-style housing or stock housing drop-in units for the DAZA/DNWA platform, including VTT, TTE, SRM, IROZ, and PURE.
  • Dual-Port Actuation: Allows pressure to be applied to both the top and bottom of the IWG diaphragm, offering true EWG-type control.
  • Enhanced Boost Control: Run a light spring with a minimum boost pressure of 3-5 psi while achieving high boost capacity. The dual-port system holds the flapper closed until desired boost pressure is reached, varying the pressure to maintain optimal levels.
  • Innovative Features: Industry-first swivel mount on the arm base ensures smooth engagement and movement, even with imperfect alignment. Compatible with Turbosmart's Sensor Cap technology for real-time monitoring.
  • Durable Construction: Utilizes Turbosmart's Gen-V diaphragm material, capable of handling over 220 psi of continuous pressure.

  • Four springs to vary cracking pressure:
    • 5 PSI Inner
    • 7 PSI Inner
    • 10 PSI Middle

  • Mix and match springs to achieve desired minimum pressure level. For instance, a 5 psi spring combined with a 30+ psi differential pressure on the bottom of the actuator can yield 40 psi while maintaining a low minimum boost threshold.

Important Information

  • Additional Components Required: Priced at $275 for the IWG only. A 3 or 4-port Mac solenoid and appropriate tuning changes are necessary for proper implementation.
  • Potential Risks: Keeping the flapper closed under elevated backpressure can result in more top-end boost and power but may also strain the turbocharger, potentially shortening its lifespan or causing failure.
