At the core of this kit is the billet aluminum spherical dogbone mount featuring a genuine Aurora spherical bearing designed to maintain articulation while eliminating the slop common with factory mounts. The mount reduces engine and transmission movement during hard launches and aggressive shifting, resulting in crisper shifts, locked-down drivetrain feel, and minimal wheel hop.
The kit also includes upper and lower billet aluminum dogbone mount inserts, engineered to fill voids in the factory transmission mount pucks. These inserts drastically reduce transmission movement and bending forces on the dogbone arm, preventing failure during high-stress events such as burnouts or aggressive acceleration. Both inserts are precision-machined from T6-6061 aluminum and anodized for durability.
