When the valves are closed, the flow is directed into the Dinan muffler, utilizing absorption and reactive technologies, and exiting through the two inner tips. This configuration limits noise during low-speed driving, producing a more subdued yet deeper and agreeable note. However, under high-load conditions, when the valves open, the majority of the gases bypass the muffler for a near straight pipe design, maximizing the aural enjoyment.
